Moderation Report:

The risk of a receipt being fraudulent will now be assessed by the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology and listed in the Moderation Report as Low, Medium, or High. If a receipt has been flagged as Medium or High risk, it will be sent for moderation to receive human verification before points can be awarded.

You can see the code sent by the OCR technology to determine the risk level by selecting Edit in the Action column of the report and toggling the Debug switch to ON. 

When editing information for a receipt, you now have the option to select a rejection reason from a drop-down list of reasons previously used to reject receipts.

Additionally, the Moderation Report now has advanced filtering capabilities available including date range, receipt type, receipt status, member ID, and keyword search.

Role Management:

Using the Role Management feature Products tab, administrators can now give users specific access to the Receipts feature: View Access, Write Access, Export Access. 

In the Reports tab of the Role Management feature, administrators can do the same for each receipt report.

The OCR's risk assessment (Low, Medium, High) significantly improves the platform's ability to detect fraudulent receipts, thereby protecting the integrity of the loyalty program.

The advanced filtering capabilities will allow users to find specific receipts quickly and easily. The rejection drop-down menu will save users time when moderating receipts.

Additionally, using Role Management, administrators will be able to provide users with specific access based on their role in relation to receipt moderation.
