| Receipt Scanning Improvements |
Changes have been made to our Receipt Scanning product and reports to improve the user experience. These include: Receipt Scanning Settings: Upon configuring receipt scanning settings, administrators can now use a slider to select a specific percentage of receipts to be automated and read by the OCR technology. Previously, the option was 0%, 50% or 100%. Receipt Moderation Report: When Edit is selected to view the details of a receipt, the pop-up window will now display an Additional Details tab and an Audit Trail tab for a more holistic view of all information pertaining to the receipt and any updates made to the receipt. Purchase Data Report: Administrators can now filter the purchase data from receipts in the report by retailer or product type. |
The ability for administrators to set a specific percentage for OCR automation offers greater control over the process, optimizing the balance between automated efficiency and manual accuracy. The updates made to the Moderation and Purchase Data reports allow administrators to obtain the receipt data they need more efficiently. |
