All Interaction ReportA new column has been added to the All Interaction Report to provide visibility into when member points are expiring. When points are credited to a member account, the Points Expiration Date column shows exactly when those points are set to expire. Member ReportThe Member Profile page, which can be accessed via the Member Report, has been updated to include an Upcoming Points Expiration tab that shows points earned by the member with an upcoming expiration date. The fields showing the expiration date for earned points allow more visibility into when points expire, which incentivizes a brand or a member to redeem those points for rewards, instead of letting them expire. |
