- Product Catalog Management
Last quarter we released the completely revamped PCM features and logic. We have now released new product attributes in Product Catalog Management. These are industry standard attributes which can be set when defining products in PCM.

The same attributes can be added in Segmentation to run Campaigns.

For more information on what these industry standard attributes are, you can check the links given below:

- Manual Order V3:
Last quarter we gave the provision to do bulk upload from the Order Status Report. We have now added the provision to manually add orders from our admin with all the relevant information from the Order API. All the order information no matter what the source is - API, bulk, manual, feeds, etc are all tied together and orders can be created or updated (cancel, return, partial cancel / return) from the admin now. Lots of validation is added to make sure there is no human error.

- RFM Dashboard V3:
We have released the RFM dashboard in V3. The current version is similar to the logic we have in V2. In the near future we will give additional provision to complete the setup from site admin compared to the SA (Super) admin like it exists right now. We also plan on adding graphs and charts which will be easier for users to read and comprehend.

- Tier V3 Enhancements:
Last quarter we released a lot of tier based enhancements. In Q4, we completed one of the most complicated use cases where loyalty programs can have an upgrade period and maintain period. This is similar to how it is done in the airline industry and a lot of other industries and our clients are also using it. Up until now the entire logic was managed by using custom scripts and crons which used to take at least 2 - 3 sprints. Now with this very easy to do setup, it can be done in 15 minutes and also the entire logic including API responses can be achieved without custom scripts and crons.

- Leaderboard User API:
We have added a new API to our Leaderboard suite of APIs. This API is user focused and provides all leaderboard specific details. In our existing APIs, we displayed the overall data based on the admin setup like Top 10 / Monthly, etc. But with this new API, we can show users rank no matter what that is (can be outside of Top 10) and the relative position of that user with respect to the top 10 users and also 5 users each above and below this user.

- Hierarchy Management iframe:
Last quarter we released Hierarchy Management functionality, logic and reports with the entire scope focused on using REST APIs. We have now released the iframe version as well. The parent account / admin from the group can send an invitation to other users for joining that group. Once those users click on the CTA button in that email and opt into the program, they will be automatically added in the group. Or users can be already opted into the loyalty program but not in this group - so after accepting the invitation, they get added in the group. There are a lot more features and capabilities that are possible from the iframe and those will be added in the training material as well.

- Loyalty + RAF Merge:
We have released functionality which merges Loyalty and RAF functionality even more deeply than it was. Similar to Uber where a code can be shared with someone and that user then uses that code during registration which awards the sharer with incentives / points. The ability to pass that RAF related information in Loyalty where Loyalty does its attribution and also updates RAF back in the process where all the concerned reports in Loyalty and RAF show the same data is what we now have. In phase 2 we will be adding the same update in the purchase scenario as well.
- Others:
Action Series V3 Updates:
In Action Series we had the ability to set actions / series based on count. Now we have also added the provision to set actions by "points" and "count + points". So action series which is primarily used for badging now has a wide variety of capabilities and makes badging / gamification even more appealing and can be used to achieve a lot of results when that is combined with Campaigns and Segments.
Order Bulk Upload V2:
Similar to bulk upload in V3 which was released last quarter, we have now released the same in V2 since we have a lot of clients on V2 and this is a good and very useful feature for our clients and internal teams.
API V3 Updates: Other than the functionality mentioned above, we have added a lot of additional details in our APIs based on new data or new logic which is then reflected in our Loyalty V3 APIs.

- RAF Influencer Management APIs:
Last quarter we released RAFIM functionality in the admin. In this quarter, we worked on the REST APIs for this functionality. We have 11 APIs currently which can be used by clients to run end-to-end RAFIM programs like they would using our admin. This will also give clients using this to manage the front end display as they want to. Here is a list of REST APIs for RAFIM:
- Create influencer
- Get all influencer details
- Get individual influencer detail
- Modify influencer
- Influencer status
- Influencer link details
- Influencer order details
- Influencer activity details
- Influencer payment details
- Influencer manage payments
- Get all referrals

- R&R Solicitation Email Engine Form Builder:
Last quarter we released our RRSE Solicitation Email Engine. With the previous release we made it very easy for anyone to set up a solicitation email based on templates for even non-technical users. The one thing that was still in there was the email template set up using CKEditor which still requires a little HTML knowledge. So now we have added a form builder which is basically building the email template by easy drag and drop functionality. So now anyone, including non-technical users can use this engine to set up multiple emails per site in just minutes which also includes an easy set up process for In-Mail reviews functionality.

- Social Comments APIs and SDKs:
Last quarter we released our Social Comments REST APIs. In Q4, we added more data to existing APIs and also added new APIs in this module. This makes our functionality and API very data heavy and clients can use them for various purposes on the front end. Also with this additional information and APIs, our iOS and Android SDKs also become much stronger to easily handle large amounts of data. Both iOS and Android have varying requirements when it comes to dynamic data compared to static data. We have accounted for all these requirements when we worked on this.

- VCIM Attribution Breakdown:
We have broken down our VC Influencer Management attribution in a way where clients can now pick and choose how they want to attribute points in Loyalty and Payout in campaigns in VCIM. As shown below attribution can be broken down from Interaction v/s Influenced to One time v/s everytime. All of this is available in the admin and can be easily and quickly set up. This shows that we can break it down to 32 different combinations.

- Tags and Mentions in Loyalty:
We have now added the provision to award points in Loyalty for tagging and mentions as well. Till recently we were doing that only for hashtagging. Now clients can offer to award points for all 3 of them individually and also can have multiple hashtags, tags and mentions with varying Loyalty points and limits.
