LOYALTY
Multi-Point Bucket:
This feature allows us to set multiple types of points associated with actions, tiers, and rewards. Bucket names can be set to whatever is needed, for example, Points, Coins, Perks, Miles. Each one of them can help achieve points, tiers rewards individually or by combining multiple buckets.

The provision has been given in the admin (and reports) to set them up. The display will easily tell users what is currently set up by looking at the summary. Examples of Actions and Rewards are given below:
- Actions: Image loading.
- Rewards: Image loading.
All the required APIs have been updated to accommodate this functionality. Based on what bucket name is set, it automatically updates the name in the response per site. Comprehensive information is provided in these APIs which will be useful to our clients and they can leverage this data for displaying on the front end.
- Advanced Campaign Management:
We have completely revamped our campaign engine in V3. We no longer have to create additional actions to overwrite. Everything can be managed using the same action. Multiple milestones can be set with a variety of options to choose from for Action, Action Series, and the benefits associated with them, like coupons, bonuses, rewards, etc.

- Date Time Format
We now have the ability to customize the date and time formats in V3. You can choose from around 425 different combinations of Continent/country/city and the date format and time format. Here are the available date and time formats:

Whatever combination is selected, is reflected in the logic, functionality, and reports including the date picker. Everything in Loyalty that is date and time-sensitive like Action Limits, Segmentation, Campaigns, etc will also adjust accordingly.
- Points Moderation Report V2
We have a Points Moderation Report in Loyalty V2 which allows clients to moderate points similar to R&R, VC, and Q&A. is provided to enable moderation for all points or beyond the action limits. Clients can use this fraud prevention or customer retention. They can give users points beyond the limit if they want to increase user satisfaction on a case-by-case basis. The same can be displayed on the front end.


- Others:
The features given above are product features in themselves. But there have been many other enhancements that we did in Loyalty to enhance the product:
- API Updates: A lot of logic and content has been added to APIs, either by default or by enabling it. The data-rich APIs can be used by clients to achieve various functionalities.
- Bulk Orders API: Provided the ability to pass orders in bulk. This will allow clients to send us their transactions in batches instead of one at a time.
- Order Brackets: Provided custom brackets in the purchase action are similar to tiers if any client does not want a tiered-based system but wants a similar experience.
- Custom ID: Provided custom ID functionality and provision in API which can be used to track SKU-based activities.
- Mobile App V3: Upgraded the loyalty mobile app to V3.
REFER A FRIEND
- Refer A Friend Gamification:
Added a gamification aspect to RAF actions in loyalty where various setups can be done based on referrer and referee actions of sharing and referral purchase. Loyalty-based extended attributes can be leveraged for this sort of gamification. We are still working on this but the MVP is completed.

- Social Comments:
We have a new product with Social Comments. This provides the ability to write comments which can be moderated if required. Although there are a lot of features in this, some of the important ones are:
- Login functionality
- Edit comment
- Delete comment
- Report comment
- Flag comment
- Share comment
- Rich text editing
- Comments indentation
- User mentions
- Comment notifications (newly added, edited, deleted, report, voted Yes/No)

- Bazaarvoice Syndication:
We have completed our integration with Bazaarvoice for syndicating to their network. With this, our ordinary clients who want to leverage our R&R capabilities and BV's syndication network can do so easily with a simple setup from the admin. We have made it so that in the future if there are any other syndications we have to do with other companies, we just need to add a few basic details. We are currently working on our first client (Brahmin) and are almost done with the integration.
VISUAL COMMERCE
- Influencer Management:
The Influencer Management functionality has been added in VC. We now have the ability to run campaigns based on hashtags, mentions, tags, etc, and get that recognized as payout in VC or points of loyalty. We have provided the ability to track all referral transactions, attributions, and also payout history for the influencer. This would be a true influencer management program - with such an explosion of interest in Instagram, there are many influencers using it daily. It is highly visual and an ideal medium for product promotion. Businesses are rapidly learning the advantage of partnering with social media influencers to showcase their brands. Influencer marketing can also be highly lucrative for Instagram influencers.
We also have content-rich new APIs for this which provides clients with the ability to set up tracking dashboards on their end for the influencers.
