Objective

The purpose of this document is to describe the features supported on ‘Zendesk using Annex Cloud’s Customer Loyalty module.

Below is the list of features supported on Zendesk using Annex Cloud.

Loyalty

Confirm whether a customer is a part of a loyalty program or not
  1. A Zendesk user can check whether the customer is a part of the Loyalty program or not.
  2. Tier name will be displayed if the customer is a part of a loyalty program.

Enroll a customer in a loyalty program
  1. A Zendesk user can enroll selected customers in the loyalty program.
  2. Users can also add the customer to the Tier from the list.

Customer Reward History
  1. A Zendesk user can give info about the reward history.
  2. Points earned, utilized, claimed, or available balance.

Customer Activities
  1. A Zendesk user can check all purchase activities of a selected customer.
  2. The activities involve past purchases, point-related activities.

Checkpoints earned for recent/past order A Zendesk user can check whether any points are earned by a customer or not for their recent/past purchase. A registered customer should have made a purchase. NA NA
Customer loyalty points info

A Zendesk user can check and inform the following details of customers;

  • Customer available points
  • Use points
  • Lifetime points
A customer should have a reward point history present for the platform and purchase activities. NA NA
Manage customer’s Loyalty Points
  1. A Zendesk user can award and or deduct loyalty points to a customer’s account with comments.

Merge points from Multiple Accounts
  1. A Zendesk user can merge two different accounts of the same customer.
  2. On merging the accounts, loyalty points will be merged into a single account.

Sync from e-commerce website to Zendesk

AC will push data to Zendesk using cron job .

Loyalty-related data can be pushed to Zendesk through AC.

A connection between the e-commerce site and Zendesk should be made through AC. NA NA
Redeem usable points
  1. A Zendesk user can check available redeemable points and can redeem them for the purchase.
  2. The points can be redeemed with a Gift Card or a Discount Coupon.
A customer should have redeemed points available. NA NA
Earn points when a referee makes a purchase
  1. A Zendesk user can view whether a referring customer has earned points when a referee has made a purchase.

A customer should have referred a friend.

The referred friend should have made the purchase.

  1. A Zendesk user can view if a customer has performed action/s and earned points based on the same.
  2. The action can be subscribing to a newsletter, etc.
