Summary
The email setting configuration is used in Visual Commerce to customize emails. There are three types of settings that are used for configuration:
- Common Configuration
- Image Notification
- Product Notification
Common Configuration
| Field | Description |
| From Name | Enter the name to which the email will be sent. |
| From Email | Enter the email address to which email has to be sent. |
| Send Email If the access token expires | Enable the email notification for access token expiration. |
| Email From Access Token Expires | Enter the email address to which the email will be sent. |
| Email To Access Token Expires | Enter the email address of the user or group that should receive this email. |
| Email Subject | Customize the subject line of the email. |
| Email Body | Customize the body of the email. |
Image Notification
Images uploaded by the customer on the client’s site will get a notification to the admin's registered email id. The admin will have the right to decide whether to approve the image or disapprove the image. Once the image is approved or disapproved, the customer will get the notification through email.
Image notification is customized through the below settings:
- Image approved notification
- Image received notification
- Image disapproved notification
- Profile Email Image Settings
Using the profile image email setting, customers will get a notification on the registered email. The notification received is approved, disapproved or the photo uploaded notification. There are three types of notification as listed below:
- Profile/Registry Photo Upload Notification
- Profile/Registry Photo Approval Notification
- Profile/Registry Photo Disapproved Notification
Product Notification
Customize the product related notification using below listed settings:
- Product Add Notification
- Category Add Notification
When the new product is added to the client’s site, an email notification is sent to the registered email address.
When the new category is added to the client’s site, an email notification is sent to the registered email address.
