Supported Feature List
Below is the list of features supported on ‘Toast POS’ using Annex Cloud.
Loyalty

| Determine whether an existing customer is already a member of the loyalty program. | A POS user can confirm that a customer is a member of the loyalty program by searching using Mobile Number as a unique key. A customer must be a member of the loyalty program to earn points and take advantage of rewards. This search can be done to troubleshoot issues with the loyalty program. | A customer should be a member of the loyalty program. |
| Check Eligible Rewards of a customer | A POS user can view a member’s available redeemable points. This can be done to troubleshoot issues with redeeming points - if a member does not have sufficient points to qualify for a specific reward for example. |

| Display eligible points and currency conversion of points during transaction |
A POS user can see the available eligible points for a purchase. The available points are shown in the member’s configured currency value at the time of checkout. |

| Lose Points on Returns |
Depending on the configuration of the loyalty program, if a member returns any of the items from a purchase, the points earned for that item may be deducted from their loyalty points balance. This prevents members from purchasing an item for the points, then returning the item and keeping the points. |

| Full return |
The member is allowed to make full returns on recent purchases. For example, if the member has bought five items and returns all five items, the member loses points for all five items. This prevents members from purchasing an item for the points, then returning the item and keeping the points. |
The member must be registered on the Toast POS platform. |

A POS user can see a member’s redeemed points in their configured currency. The total amount updates as points are redeemed. |
