Objective

The purpose of this document is to describe the features supported by the Spryker Commerce platform using Annex Cloud’s Customer Loyalty module.

Below is a list of features supported on Spryker Commerce using Annex Cloud.

Loyalty

Implicit Loyalty Account Creation Implicitly enrolling users into the loyalty program when a user creates an account on a loyalty-enabled website.
  • User should create an account.
  • Loyalty-enabled e-commerce website can be configured to enable or disable implicit enrollment.
  • By default implicit loyalty is not enabled.

Explicit Loyalty Account Creation Enrolling user into the loyalty program ONLY if the user “opts-in” when creating an account on an Loyalty enabled website.
  • User should create an account.
  • User should also opt-in for the loyalty program.
  • This option will be available only if the website is not enabled for implicit loyalty program.

Award loyalty points after

Signup or Register for Newsletter or custom action

User will earn loyalty points for signing up for the Newsletter in Loyalty enabled website or for any custom action.
  • User must register for the newsletter.
  • User must perform the custom action.
  • This option will be
    available only if the website
    is enabled for signup for newsletter loyalty action.

Earn Loyalty Points for Purchase action A user will earn the loyalty points for purchasing the product and earn points.
  • User must have an account.
  • User should perform Purchase Product Activity.
  • User will always get Loyalty points for purchase and this is not configurable.

Display of Earn Points actions in the Loyalty Dashboard Displays all the actions and its associated points in a dashboard which the user can earn after completion.
  • User have to open the Loyalty dashboard > Earn Points Tab in a Loyalty enabled website.
  • This will always be displayed and is not configurable.
