Springboard - Configuration Document

Introduction

Springboard Retail point of sale and retail management software was designed specifically for retail, empowering brands & retailers to harness their data and sell more profitably.

It is a high-performance, full-featured solution that works in a real-time environment to meet the needs of today’s growing retail enterprises. The sales associate can use on-screen features such as dynamic item lookup, a tap screen interface, and a virtual keyboard. Most setups include a receipt printer and a credit card swipe device.

Login to Annex Cloud Site Admin:


  • After login, select the site and click on the Options button as shown in the following image.


  • Click on the POS icon. It will open the following screen. Here, click on the springboard icon as shown in the following image.


  • It will open the following screen. It is used to Add/ configure the springboard retail setting. Click on the Add New button as shown in the following image using a red box.


  • It will open the following popup.


Set the following attributes (All the fields are mandatory):

  • Client subdomain name: Enter the client subdomain name provided by the client.
  • Loyalty access Token: Enter the loyalty access token provided by Annex Cloud.
  • Loyalty Action Id: Enter the custom action id to create an account action (provided by Annex Cloud).
  • Loyalty type: Select the loyalty type from the drop-down section.
  • Purchase Status: Select the purchase status from the drop-down section.
  • Claimed Reward Status: Select enables the option from the drop-down menu to display claimed reward status.

After setting all the attributes, click on the Save button. It will add the configuration setting at the Annex Cloud site admin as shown in the following image.

  • Click on the Connect button to integrate (connect) with Springboard.
  • It will open the login window for Springboard. Enter the Springboard login details. It will open the following popup. Click on the Allow button.


  • It will create the UI extension in Springboard POS as shown in the following image.


  • Clicking on the Connect button will call the following 3 Annex Cloud webhooks:
  • Create customer
  • Update customer
  • Sale Track
