Summary
- This feature enables clients to set a particular date on which they can award points to those customers who are eligible to get the reward. However, they have not received the reward due to some reason.
Configurations
- Identify all the users who are eligible for the Reward and add them to the Segment.
Navigation: Products > Segments

- Click Add New Segment and provide Segment Name, Segment Type and upload eligible User List as shown in the following pages:


- A Segment is displayed under the Segment List after it is saved.

- As a next step, you need to add the Segment ID to the Rewards being created above in order to assign points to all eligible users.
Navigation: Products > Rewards

- Click Add New Reward and provide Segment details in the General Information page as shown in the following page:


- Once you select Reward eligibility Threshold as Fixed and Fixed Eligibility as a Segment then under the Segment drop-down list, select the Segment created on the Segment page.

- In the Additional Settings page, you enable the Time Based Issuance flag and provide the date in which the reward points are credited to customer’s account.
- Date Selection: The reward is automatically issued to the applicable members on the date indicated.

- For example, as per the following page, rewards is automatically issued to eligible members on July 14, 2023.

- To save all your details, click Create New Reward.
Note:
- Once you have enabled the Time Based Issuance flag , It is mandatory to add the date in the date selection field.
- This feature impacts Reward API.
