Summary:
Annex Clouds customers have the option to create a unique id for the customers they want to include in their loyalty program. Customers can send a list of users with their UID number aligned to their email id, which can then migrate to the Registration As a Service (RaaS) module. End users have the flexibility to change the email id associated with their unique ID, if needed.

Annex Cloud is designed a database to store the user data which is imported from customer to RASS module.

Whatever data is inputted in this sign-up form is stored in the Annex Cloud database.
Once customer provides the required details such as their first name, last name, email address, password, customer id on the sign up form, they can click on the SIGN UP to create their user account.
Note: The email address servers as the primary key for the RAAS module only if no customer ID has been created, and the same email address is used in the loyalty module.
In this form, the customer ID field is separated and used as the unique identifier (UID) in the loyalty module. The customer ID field is a combination of alphanumeric characters.
Note: If the customer ID field is already defined and the admin attempts to create a user information with the same customer ID, an error message will be displayed stating that the ‘'Customer ID already exists.’'
Once user created successfully, the following pop-up window will be displayed.

The user can now log in with their registered email address and password.

After the user account successfully created, the user needs to verify their email address by clicking on Verify Email address. Alternatively, the admin can manually verify email address from site report section. Once the email address is verified successfully, the status field will change to verified.
The details of the created user can be displayed in the members report, along with the customer ID. Once a customer is added, their ID cannot be changed in the loyalty and RAAS module.

Once email address verification is completed, users will be directed to the loyalty reward dashboard.

When click My Account, it redirects to the dashboard of the RAAS module.

In this user account section, click EDIT PROFILE to change user First Name, Last Name and Email Address. However, please note that user cannot change the customer ID.
Note: We only allow users to update their email address if the new email address does not already exist in loyalty and RAAS modules.
