Summary

• RAF introduced a Multi-Template functionality that allows users to add Multi-Template IDs to a campaign.
  Note: This functionality enables administrators to add data as requested by the clients using the Loyalty Template ID and RAF Template ID.
• This document shows you how to accomplish the following:
  1. Add Multi-Template to a New Campaign
  2. Add Multi-Template to an Existing Campaign
  3. Find a Template ID

Methods to Add Multi-Templates to a Campaign

You can add Multi-Template IDs to new and existing campaigns.

Add Multi-Template to a New Campaign

1. Navigate to Products>Refer A Friend. 
   
2. Click Create Campaign, Result:A pop-up windowis displayed.
3. Add the following details:
   • Campaign Name: Add the name of the campaign.
   • Campaign Description: Add the Campaign Description as per the requirements.
   • Multi-Template ID: Add the Multi-Template ID.
     
4. Click Next and Select Campaign Type. Click Create.
   

Add Multi-Template to an Existing Campaign

1. Select the required Campaign from the Campaigns tab and click Edit.
   
2. Add the Campaign Name, Campaign Description, Multi-Template ID, and click Save to save the details.
   

Find a Template ID

Use the following steps to find a Template ID.

1. Navigate to Products > Select Your Template.
   
2. Click on Select Templates Result: The Template IDs are displayed as shown below:
