Summary

• Multi-Level earn enables the admin to award points to the users for a particular defined product Id and product name.
• You can also award points to the Secondary Purchase Influencer like engineer, plumber etc. through Multi-Level earn rule where you need to define the earning way for the secondary purchase influencer.

Capabilities

Multi-Level earning enables the user to add new earn rule, search the data for a particular product id or attribute, export the data into the provided mail id and action features.

Add New Earn Rule: It allows the users to add a new member to get the benefit of the multi level earn.

Search: Through this, all the features of a product can be found by providing product id or product name.

Export: This allows the user to export Multi-Level earn details as an Excel file. Once you click on it, an excel file will be downloaded as shown in the below image:

• Action: It enables the user to edit, audit or delete the existing Multi-Level earn’s data.

Configurations

• By clicking on the “Add New Earn Rule“ button you will be directed to multi level earn page as shown in below image.
  
  
• You need to provide the following parameters details while adding a new earn rule:
  1. Product Id: Enter the product id for a specified product.
  2. Product Name: Enter the name of the product.
  3. Extended Attribute Value: Enter the extended attribute value for which you want to provide the multi level earn benefit.
  4. Flat Points: Enter the points, you want to award through multi level earn benefit.
     
• You can also award the benefit of multi level earn through the multi level earning rule process.Products

Navigation: Products > Additional Loyalty Settings > Multi-Level Earning Rule

• After clicking on the “Add New Earn Rule“ button a pop-up will be displayed as shown in below image.
• Once you enable the Secondary Purchase influencer button then set the Earning Rule Basis button to PCM flat points to award the benefit of multi level earn.
  
• At last, you need to press on the “Save“ button to save all the information provided.
