Summary

• The Annex Cloud site uses a single site ID for all client factors. A single site will be differentiated based on country, language, currency, and other factors. 
• To view any template, marketers must first register with the site ID. They will be registered against the site ID rather than being confined to specific templates when they create an account.
• The site ID is used to create a unique user ID, which will be used to track user actions across all templates.

Enablement From Super Admin

• The site's Multi-Template functionality should be enabled by the administrative user checking the box.
• Once the Multi-Template is activated, the administrator configures the settings such as nation, language, etc.

Configuration

Navigation: Products > Select Your Template > Select Template

• Template ID: Enter the Template ID you want to search for within a Multi-Template.
• Template Name: Enter the name of the country you want to search for within a Multi-Template.
• Search: The search tool allows you to look for a template on the site.
• Add New Template: A new template can be created. See below for details.
• Action: In the Action tab, there are three options through which you can edit, copy, and select the template.

Add New Template

The site administrator adds a new template as per the requirements of the client.

1. Click Add New Template and the above image will appear.
2. Enter the following details:
   • Template Name: Enter the name of the country for which the template needs to be created.
   • Select Currency: Select the type of currency from the dropdown.
3. Click on the Save button.

The newly created template is now available as viewed in the above image. The site administrator can make the status active or inactive.
