1.0 Purpose Of the Document: 

This document provides comprehensive guidelines and step-by-step instructions to the client or site admin to configure Annex Cloud’s Customer Loyalty in Microsoft POS system. 

2.0 Defaults: 

Client Name:  <client name>
Site ID 128777280 (for UAT environment) 
Access Token LAkEdvAPWXeosSWjVoYqmQka7M9DVR7S (for UAT environment) 

3.0 Loyalty Attributes for Customer Profile: 

Login to the DynamicsD365 commerce backend. 

  1. Navigate to Retail and Commerce > Products and categories > Attributes

  1. Click New. 

  1. Navigate to  Retail and Commerce > Headquarters setup >Parameters > Commerce parameters
  2. In the Commerce parameters window, on the General tab, in the Customer attribute group field, click Customer information. 

  1. In the Attribute groups window, you can view and edit the list of customer attributes. 

4.0 Create Configuration Parameters. 

 Navigate to Retail and Commerce >Headquarters setup > Parameters > Commerce parameters > Configuration parameters  

The Annex Cloud will provide the following parameter values. 

  1. VSI_AC_API_BaseUrl 
  2. VSI_AC_DashboardAPI 
  3. VSI_AC_Secret_Key 
  4. VSI_AC_Site_ID 
  5. VSI_AC_SiteName. 

5.0 Installation of Annex Cloud’s Module 

For cloud POS sites, Annex Cloud will provide a zip file for installation.
