Summary

• Loyalty Leaderboard allows you to run competitions via issuing points for social sharing & referring friends.
• The leaderboard feature is part of the new Gamification capability added in Annex Cloud.
• Leaderboards provide a great way for customers to view their performance compared to others.
• Multiple leaderboards can be hosted on the brand’s site to feature the performance of customers based on purchase behavior or earned and/or redeemed points.
• Refer to the Multi-Template for further information about the multi-templates selection.

Capabilities

1. Add New Leaderboard: Administration can configure the new leaderboard by entering the details in the below sections. 
2. Search: The search option enables a search of the leaderboard data by entering a name or ID.
3. Export: This option allows the data of leaderboard to be exported in Excel or CSV format.
4. Status: The status of the leaderboard displays as Active or Inactive.
5. Actions: The site administrator can edit or delete the leaderboard.

Configuration

Create a Segmentation of Users for Leaderboard

Navigation: QA_temp_1 > Products > Segmentation

Click Add New Segment to create a new segment of users for the leaderboard. Enter the segmentation details and then click on the radio button to activate the leaderboard as shown in the following image.

Create Leaderboard

Navigation: QA_temp_1 > Products > Leaderboard

• Click Add New Leaderboard.
• Enter the name of the leaderboard.
• Select User Segment from the drop-down list (created in Segmentation).
• Select the date either as Custom or Fixed.
• Custom: The leaderboard is created for a specifically selected date range and the leaderboard will not be reset.
• Fixed: The leaderboard will be created for a fixed time period such as week, month, quarter, or year. The leaderboard can be reset at the end of each time period.
• Display the rankings of the user by selecting the option of order by Ascending or Descending.
