Introduction

Infobip provides a marketing platform for online and multi-channel retailers to run email marketing and cross-channel marketing campaigns. 

Prerequisites 

• API Key 
• API Base URL 
• List/Loyalty Tag 
• Custom Attributes/Fields

Log in to Infobip 

• You need to Log in to Infobip using your login credentials.
• The URL for logging in is Log in
  

Steps to get API Key 

1. After logging in, click Home.
2. Click on the Manage API Keys.
   
3. Create API Key form will be opened.
4. You need to fill in the form with the required details.
   

Steps to create List/Tag 

1. Click on the People button.
2. Select the Tags from the portal.
3. Click on the Create Tag from the Tags menu. 
   
4. This will create static lists of people in Infobip. 

Steps to create a Flow 

1. Click on the Moments button on the homepage.
   
2. Next click on the Create Flow button. 
   
3. It will open to New Flow.
4. Select the Start from Scratch option.
5. Select Create from Scratch option.
   
6. It will direct you to Choose the Trigger.
7. Select People's Real-Time Event from the Trigger options.
   
8. By clicking on the People Real-Time Event, a new page will open.
9. Click on Add New Entry point, Enter a name and Select event.
   
10. Follow the further instructions on the website to create the flow.
