Code Assign
The Code Assign window allows you to select a loyalty member and assign them to a group.
Navigation: Incentive Engine > Codes > Code Assign
Configuration details for the Code Assign page are described below:

| User ID | Enter the User ID of the loyalty member to whom you want to assign to a group. |
| User Details | When you enter the User ID, the First Name, Last Name, Email ID, and Phone fields populate with information from the User’s profile. |
| Select Group | Select a group from the drop-down list. Click the :info: icon to see details of the selected group. |

Code Re-assign
In many cases, reward codes may become unavailable to a loyalty member.
- Codes may expire after a certain amount of time, or on a certain date.
- Codes may have a limited number of uses, after which the code becomes inactive.
- Codes may have a limited dollar amount, after which the code cannot be used for purchases.
Code Re-assign allows you to reassign codes to a loyalty member.
