Objective
The purpose of this document is to outline the supporting Annex Cloud data fields that can be integrated with Bloomreach.

Loyalty
| Data Fields |
Fields Description |
| Loyalty ID |
A unique identifier for the user, specific to Annex Cloud. |
| First Name |
The first name of the registered user. |
| Last Name |
The last name of the registered user. |
| Email Address |
The email address of the user (For example, "somebody@who.com"). |
| Active Status |
Whether the user has been active on the platform in the past year. |
| Birthday |
The user’s date of birth. |
| Loyalty anniversary date |
The user’s loyalty program sign-up date. |
| Phone No |
The user’s phone number. |
| Available Points |
Points the customer can redeem. |
| Earned Points |
Total points earned since joining the loyalty program. |
| Used Points |
Total points used by the customer. |
| Expired Points |
Points that are about to expire if not used. |
| Current Tier |
The user’s current loyalty tier (For example, "Gold"). |
| Next Tier |
The next loyalty tier the user can achieve. |
| Points Required For Next Tier |
Points are needed to reach the next tier. |
| Available Rewards |
Rewards available for redemption are based on earned points. |

Points are needed to earn the next available reward. |

Date of the last loyalty activity performed by the user. |
| User Opt-in Status |
The user’s opt-in status for the loyalty program. |

Date when the user opted into the loyalty program. |

Points that are about to expire next. |
| Points Expiration Date |
The date when points will expire. The expiring points are to be used by this date. |
| Highest Available Reward |
The highest reward currently available for the user. |
| First Activity Date |
The date when the user performs their first activity after enrollment. |
Refer A Friend (RAF)
The below are the supporting data fields which can be utilized for RAF.

| Share_resource |
Social media platforms are used for sharing referrals (For example, FB, Twitter, Instagram). |
| Email receiver |
Email the friend receiving the referral link. |
| Bitlyurl |
Shortened Bitly URL shared in the referral. |
| Friend_email |
Email of the friend the referral link is shared with. |
| Friend _name |
The name of the friend who made a purchase using the referral. |
| Coupon_code |
The code is unlocked by the referred friend after completing the purchase. |
| Stat ID |
The unique ID used to track referral registrations. |
| Claim Rewards URL |
A link to the page where users can view and claim their rewards. |
| Invite Code |
A unique invitation code is assigned to each user for referrals. |
| Reward Code |
A code is provided for the referrer after their reward is claimed. |
| Coupon Used |
The coupon code that was used for a purchase, including the time of use. |

The total credits earned by the referrer. |
