This document includes all product updates for the Loyalty Q1-2023 Release.

Set a Rewards Claim Limit and User Claim Count so members can only redeem points towards a Reward a specific number of times.

  • Rewards Claim Limit defines the threshold.

Note: User claims over the threshold are denied.

Campaign CART API: Store ID, Coupon, and orderAttribute condition in the segment. Bug fix Adds Store logic to the CART Calculation API to allow Campaign Points to be included.
  • Allows both Standard and Campaign points when Store IDs are included to a campaign.
  • Assists stores to pre-estimate points for customers once a transaction is completed.
Limits applied on completedCredits value under Milestone for Action Series Bug fix

Action Series Milestone and Campaign Milestone were updated with an option to apply limits on points earned and the number of times points could be earned for Campaign/Action Series.

Action/Action Groups Action API to Return Action Group Details, (if Applicable) Enhancement

Action API returns linked Action Group details using a new parameter: isActionInActionGroup.

The following three APIs were updated:

Including Action Group data in the GET Action API provides information that can be used in the setting of Action Group Level Limits.
Order Order Returns/Cancels to Support Reason Parameter Enhancement

Adds a Reason Note parameter to provide a reason for order returns/cancellations by customers.

    • PATCH /api/3.0/orders/{order_id}
  • Activity API:
    • GET /api/3.0/users/{{id}}/activity
Track changes to  products, Loyalty points, metadata etc., so Loyalty customer data can be reconciled to their ERP systems..
Allow Additional Items to be Added to Existing Order Enhancement

This functionality/feature allows users to add new products to an existing order and update the quantity of the products on the order.

The new "status": "add" and "currentAwardedPoints: #" (#=number of points) in the Order API were introduced using the PATCH method.

  • Edit/update products in an existing order.
  • Update and recalculate the order total points based on the new item. (Unit Price * Quantity)
Users Merge APIs Phase 1: Applicable for all clients (using MPB, Non MPB and MT without Summary Flag sites) except for the ones where Multi Template Summary Flag is ON. New feature

Merge Users APIs provide a functionality where the duplicate accounts/members can be merged into one account.

Note: Merge APIs - Phase 3 will be available in a future release.

  • Eliminate multiple accounts for a Loyalty member.
  • Mitigates points liability for the client.
  • Supports single template and cross templates merging.
Surveys Survey Functionality - Phase 1 New feature

Survey functionality allows clients to present questions, polls, and other interactive elements within their loyalty tool.

Survey elements can award points, coupons, or other incentives for completing the Survey.

Survey APIs send setup information to the loyalty system and collect results from member responses.

  • Engages Loyalty members in the program.
  • Allows the client to collect useful information for tailored marketing and strategies.
  • Allows progressive profiling of customers.
  • Identify targeted customers based on interest.
  • Allows segmentation of customers by brand/location etc.
Additional Loyalty Settings Multi-Language Configurations New Feature

Adds support for all major languages, including field labels and static UI values.

Note: In Phase 2, the feature will have enhanced style capabilities to allow the use of font/format styles and an advanced Word Processing pad. The UI will allow name and text editing as required.

Clients can present loyalty programs tocustomers and regions using local languages.

 

Data Feed

Data Feed Data Feed Project - Outbound Phase 1 New feature

Data Feed functionality replaces using custom reports to send data to client systems. The client system accepts the data directly rather than requiring a manual process to load the custom report.

Feeds can be scheduled to run automatically or run on an adhoc basis.

AC can send emails to the client on the success or failure of the feed process.

Phase 1 is complete: ADR (interaction, order, liability) reports are ready for use. Conditional reporting will be added in Phase 2.

This integration allows organization to display the survey form on the ecommerce site which can be configured in the Annex Cloud Loyalty backend.

This enables the end customer to fill the form on site and earn loyalty points.

Surveys allow clients to collect first-party data which can be used towards segmentation, tailored marketing strategies, and progressive profiling of customers. Surveys are also a great way to engage customers and build a stronger emotional connection to the brand.

Integration of AC Loyalty survey functionality with SAP Commerce Cloud expands our reach to new customers and industries that use that platform.

Adobe Ecommerce (Magento) Integration of Annex Cloud Survey Module

This integration allows organization to display the survey form on the ecommerce site which can be configured in the Annex Cloud Loyalty backend.

This enables the end customer to fill the form on site and earn loyalty points.

Integration of AC Loyalty survey functionality with Adobe Ecommerce (Magento) expands our reach to new customers and industries that use that platform.
NetSuite SCA Integration of Annex Cloud Survey Module

This integration allows organizations to display the survey form on the ecommerce site which can be configured in the Annex Cloud Loyalty backend.

This enables the end customer to fill in the form on site and earn loyalty points.

Integration of AC Loyalty survey functionality with NetSuite SCA expands our reach to new customers and industries that use that platform.
RICS POS Integration of Annex Cloud Loyalty Completed the Annex Clouds Loyalty Integration with RICS POS system which enables organizations to award and redeem loyalty points for the end customers. Expands AC Loyalty’s reach through direct integration with vendors that use the RICS point of sale system.
Toast POS
  • Award points using Get Order Details.
  • Display Order Source, Restaurant Name, Store ID and Check Number.
  • Using Toast’s Get Order Details API, we can award points to loyalty customers when they make purchase using the Toast online platform.
  • For reporting purposes, we are displaying the restaurant Order Source, the POS/online Restaurant Name, Store ID and Check Number to identify the orders easily.
Expands AC Loyalty’s reach through direct integration with restaurants that use the Toast point of sale system.
Microsoft Dynamics 365

Real-Time Marketing

This integration connects with consumers in a relevant and timely manner on Loyalty activities or any updates through Push notifications, SMS, and emails. This feature enables organizations to

  • Display customer loyalty activities/events in metrics of Klaviyo dashboard.
  • Integration with Klaviyo to Annex Cloud Loyalty for awarding points
  • Display customer loyalty activities/events in metrics of Klaviyo dashboard.
  • Developed a webhook for Klaviyo using which Annex Cloud can get the data and award points based on the actions performed by the user.
  • Improves visibility and exposure of AC Loyalty to Klaviyo customers.
    • Provides a direct customer benefit through improved interactivity between Klaviyo and AC Loyalty.
Cordial ESP  Data Management using SFTP Completed the Loyalty data management using SFTP between Annex Cloud and Cordial. Improves efficiency and timeliness of data transfers between AC Loyalty and Cordial ESP.
NetSuite ERP Enabling and disabling of loyalty status of a customer in NetSuite Loyalty bundle This bundle update includes changes to a customer's loyalty account based on enabling and disabling of loyalty status. Improves customer management across the two platforms.

Bulk API integration with ESP platforms Implementation of Bulk Batch API with the mentioned platforms which allows to push the multiple loyalty updates of user records in a single API call. Increases the efficiency of the integration when the customer organization has large customer base. This is a direct benefit for current users and an attractive feature for users of these platforms to consider AC Loyalty.
MS Power BI Integration Using the APIs Enhanced existing Annex Cloud integration with MS Power BI by using APIs. This enhancement makes the integration between two platforms a Direct Integration. It provides real-time data updates in Power BI. Improves efficiency and timeliness of data transfers between AC Loyalty and Power BI. This is a direct benefit for current users and an attractive feature for Power BI users to consider AC Loyalty.
Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C Commerce cartridge certification in AppExchange

Annex Cloud has successfully certified the Loyalty Cartridge for B2C Commerce by Salesforce and published on the Salesforce AppExchange.
