| Transaction Erasure |
This feature allows administrators to define rules to identify which member transactions are potentially eligible for erasure, calculates the amount of points required to erase that transaction, and provides a way to burn loyalty members' points to mark those transactions as erased. In addition, you are able to run promotions to relax the base rules for eligibility within a time period. For example, assume that transactions are only eligible for erasure if they are over $100 in value. You can choose to relax those rules in February and erase transactions under $100 if they are made from a specific type of store (let's say dining). Rules are set based on the following data within Annex Cloud: Loyalty Members extended attribute, order attribute, amount spent, transaction type. |
Financial institutions can now allow members to pay for items on their credit card statements with points rather than currency (Transaction Erasure). Admin users can set rules to control which types of transactions will be allowed to be erased with points. |

| Consistent Blank Value Representation in Loyalty Reports |
Any missing or incomplete data in loyalty program reports will now be consistently represented across all relevant fields, so that accurate insights can be obtained from the data. Blank input will now always be represented as a blank field (as opposed to N/A, -, "blank"). This is a straightforward and consistent way to display any blank input across loyalty reports. |
A standard method of indicating blank values reduces ambiguity in the report and minimizes errors in data analysis. |
